Development and design of all styles for men’s and women’s collections, with a focus on fully fashioned sweaters and knitwear. Created technical packages and tracked development through production to ensure all deadlines were met. Led fit sessions for all samples and communicated comments with vendors to maintain quality standards. Updated WIP and line sheets as development progressed. Negotiated style costs with vendors and priced styles for MSRP. Created and approved artwork for hang tags and care labels. Independently planned, organized, and executed seasonal photoshoots, managing all aspects from sample preparation to creative direction and final lookbook creation.
